The purpose of the study was to compare and select optimum method for nanoparticles formulation in lung cancer therapeutics. For this experiment etoposide, anti-neoplastic agent used as molecule. were prepared by methods like quassi emulsification solvent diffusion, high speed homogenization, probe sonication, magnetic stirring compared. batches each different ratios drug polymers. All formulated evaluated %EE, %DL, Particle size, polydispersity index zeta potential. with better results selected further factorial model study. batch from 32 investigated FTIR, DSC, XRD release After comparing all methods, sonication code C8 found better. applying model, F6 shown showed no interactions between polymer. % Drug almost two folds increased release. among methods. These can be incorporated delivery more efficient treatment cancer.
